Character Building 101

Ok, this might seem to some to be a bit masochistic; but we would prefer to consider it was character building!!! In fact it was a great dive. You simply have to ignore the 25 km / hr winds creating a wind chill of -17 oC and blowing snow.
Good vis, good company and great hot chocolate after.

Hi Pat

I should have said in my comment up front that I was adding a comment and pictures to the same dive as commented by Mike below. The dive was at the Yacht club. The beach was covered by a large barricade of large pieces of ice thrown onto the shore. A beautify site to see. Access to open water was available only at the edge of the breakwater so we parked behind the sailboats on the breakwater. We felt comfortable doing this as Dianne is a member there and we actually parked in front of her boat.

The Marine Museum was open in the same way. Completely accessible from the SE side of the pier but getting back out after the dive might have been difficult and you can't drive onto the pier anymore.
